For transferring in absence of previous owner applies in the following cases:<\/span><\/div>\n

  1. deceased persons vehicle<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. parastatal, EX GKs and county government<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This is the official process, but then be ready to wait like 6 months.<\/span><\/div>\n

    DEATH OF THE PREVIOUS OWNER OR SUCCESSION CASE<\/span><\/div>\n
    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    \u2022 Forced transfer request letter<\/span><\/div>\n
    \u2022 Original logbook or Police abstract and Form XI-where logbook is missing or lost<\/span><\/div>\n
    \u2022 Properly filled form C<\/span><\/div>\n
    -Tape lift<\/span><\/div>\n
    \u2022 Sworn affidavit .<\/span><\/div>\n
    Copy of ID & PIN of the new owner.<\/span><\/div>\n
    . Copy of the ID & PIN of the old owner<\/span><\/div>\n
    \u2022 Copy of the death certificate<\/span><\/div>\n
    \u2022 Copy of the court order appointing the administrators or executors of the estate<\/span><\/div>\n
    \u2022 Copy of the certificate of grant<\/span><\/div>\n
    \u2022 Copy of the schedule of properties inclusive of the vehicle being transferred<\/span><\/div>\n
    stating the person who the vehicle is going to<\/span><\/div>\n
    \u2022 New owner must have a TIMS account<\/span><\/div>\n

    DROP THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS AT NTSA OFFICES.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Required Documents<\/span><\/h2>\n

    1.Copy of valid Insurance Cover.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2.Original Registration Book (log book)<\/span><\/p>\n

    3.A duly filled and signed transfer from “C”.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4.Letters of Administration to be attached<\/span><\/p>\n

    5.Transfers: (a) For individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n
