Police are leading rescue\" \/><\/p>\n<div data-v-0c05764f=\"\">\n<p>Rift Valley police boss Tom Odera said 12 people died on the spot, indicating that the number of casualties could rise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe bus rolled and killed 12 on the spot.
