Original Logbook<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">2. Vehicle inspection report<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">3. Sworn affidavit<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">4. NTSA Application <a href=\"https:\/\/tims.ntsa.go.ke\">Sign in<\/a><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">5. Dealers invoice indicating fuel and rating<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">6. Copy of ID\/ Certificate of incorporation \/Business Registration Certificate<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">7. Document in support of source of engine Import entry \/ duty \/VAT receipt \/ bill of lading<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">\/IDF manifest of engines or certified copies of the above documents<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">8.
