The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) migrated the application for Road<\/span>
\nService Licence to the TRANSPORT INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TIMS) on<\/span>
\n08th August 2019. <\/span><\/p>\n

The steps below provide the process for application of RSL.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

STEP 1 Create and Log in to your TIMS account<\/strong><\/span><\/a>
\n? Click on subscribe to receive SMS ( or send the word NTSA to 22847)<\/span>
\n? Log on to www.ntsa.go.ke<\/a><\/span>
\n? Click on the TIMS logo<\/span>
\n? Click on Register an account<\/span>
\n? You can register as an company or Sacco<\/span>
\n? For Companies\/Sacco\u2019s enter Certificate of Incorporation number, then click on<\/span>
\nverify, then proceed to the next step enter PIN number and submit.<\/span><\/p>\n

STEP 2 Apply for Road Service Licence<\/strong><\/span>
\n? Logon www.ntsa.go.ke<\/span>
\n? Click on TIMS logo<\/span>
\n? Create TIMS account A\/c using company\/Institution KRA PIN and Phone<\/span>
\n? Make an application by filling an application for RSL format online<\/span>
\n? Make payments and submit online the duly filled application forms for verification and approval<\/span><\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: Payments vary according to vehicle capacity<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

? Original copy of Log book.<\/span><\/p>\n

? Original copy of vehicle inspection report.<\/span><\/p>\n

? Original copy of speed governor compliance certificate.<\/span><\/p>\n

? Original copy of vehicle identity certificate.<\/span><\/p>\n

? Copy of the Original ID of the owner.<\/span><\/p>\n

? The motor vehicle must have undergone inspection and passed.<\/span><\/p>\n

? The driver must have a valid PSV badge.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nthat any information relating to the TIMS account is not disclosed to any parties. If assisted<\/span>

\nindividual but to the owner of the account. All codes and passwords shall be sent to the<\/span>
