She said it was meant to \u201chelp ease access, especially for women, children and elderly, to health facilities\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">Koboko town Mayor Wilson Sanya was quoted as saying the ambulance had been handed back to the minister.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">\u201cI confirm that the ambulance was handed back to Anite by the district.
