  1. To obtain your Air Traffic Controller License, one has to fully complete and submit the prescribed application form.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. This form can be obtained by visiting the Personnel Licensing (PEL) Offices of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority\u2019s\u00a0– KCAA Offices<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. After filling the application documents you are required to submit them to the Authority\u2019s Personnel Licensing (PEL) offices or you can forwarded them to the:-<\/span>\n

  4. You are required to submit the Air Traffic Controllers License application form with all the required documents for you to get approval to make payments for the prescribed application fees. These documents include:-<\/span>\n

    (i). A current Class 3 medical certificate;<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (ii). A knowledge test report given after passing the Rating Board;<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (iii). An Authorised Training Organisation Certificate certifying that the applicant has received and passed an approved training course in air traffic control;<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (iv). Two current passport size photographs (full face);<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (v). A photo identification card or Passport;.<\/span><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n
  5. The receiving officers will check for discrepancies or ineligibility in the application documents. If a discrepancy that cannot be immediately corrected exists in any of the documents, the application and all the submitted documents will be returned to the applicant and should not be re-submitted until the discrepancy has been rectified corrected.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. If the receiving officers is satisfied that all the requirements have been met for the issue of a licence and the prescribed application form has been completed and presented in the Personnel Licensing (PEL) Office, the applicant will be advised to pay the prescribed application fees, after which the licence will be issued.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. You are also to proceed to pay the prescribed application fees and submit the payment receipt to together with the application documents.<\/span>\n
