  1. To obtain an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), has to complete and submit the prescribed\u00a0Application for Issue or Renewal of an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)<\/a>\u00a0– Form O-PEL004 application form.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. This form can be obtained by visiting the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority\u00a0Branch Offices<\/a>\u00a0or by downloading it from their\u00a0KCAA Website<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. After filling the application documents you are required to submit them to the KCAA office or you can forwarded them to the:-<\/span>\n

  4. After filling the application documents you are required to submit them together with all the required documents. These documents include:-<\/span>\n
    \n
    (i). Aeronautical Experience Form showing the breakdown of the required flight hours.<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (ii). Summary of flying experience form<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (iii). Application form for English Language Proficiency endorsement<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (iv). Application form for Flight Radio Telephony Operator\u2019s License<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (v). A valid Medical Certificate – Class 1<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (vi). Four passport size photographs – full face (2cm by 2.5cm);<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (vii). A photo Identification Card or Passport and a copy of the same<\/span><\/dd>\n
    (viii). Certified copies of the last 2 pages of the personal logbook.<\/span><\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/li>\n
  5. You are also to proceed to pay the prescribed application fees and submit the payment receipt to together with the application documents.<\/span>\n
