Bodaboda rider tragically killed in hit-and-run accident in Kericho

A tragic incident occurred at Chepseon area along the Kericho-Nakuru highway, where a bodaboda operator lost his life in a hit and run. The heartless driver of the vehicle fled the scene, leaving the victim to perish alone.

According to local association chairman Sammy Bii, the deceased operator was a well-known member who supplied eateries in the area. It’s a devastating loss for the community.

The operator was simply trying to make his way home when this senseless accident occurred. The residents of Chepseon reported the incident to the police, who rushed the victim to Kericho Referral Hospital. Unfortunately, he couldn’t survive his injuries.
