Carjacker Tricks Exposed: Number Plate Robbery

There is a new number plate hijacking trend. Everything happens very quickly. Carjackers follow you to a parking lot, after you leave your vehicle, they remove your number plate and wait. When you come back and drive off, they follow you. They then overtake you, displaying your number plate out of their window as if you just lost it and they want to give it back. When you stop to get your number plate, guns come out and they take over your car. Maybe even take you and the car. It’s a very well rehearsed and organized plan and everything happens very quickly. Other motorists may not even be aware of what is happening since you stopped the car yourself without coercion.

Please alert others of this danger!!! Don’t chase thugs for your number plate. Take note of the thugs’ vehicle number plate and report to the authorities.
