President William Ruto’s wife Rachel gifts her primary school headteacher a car

Rachel gifted Olasya the car together with her former classmates after visiting his Likuyani home to console him for losing his daughter Bolivia Ambuka. Sharing the heartwarming moment on her social media, the second lady said she and the school alumni found it fit to gift their former tutor the vehicle because of the countless years of life and service.

“Glad to have joined fellow alumni of Likuyani Primary school in visiting our former headteacher Mr Olasya at his home in Likuyani. He was a stern, firm and reputable teacher who shaped our childhood years to make sure we succeeded,” she said.
