How to apply for NTSA conductor PSV badge

Application For Conductor PSV Licence

 1.Applicants fill in the PSV conductor badge application accurately and completely, and define the PSV Company, upload scanning copy of ID, company information, certificate from police station. PSV conductor badge fee is done by electronic payment.

 2.The application should be verified by NTSA staff, and await badge printing and issuing after approval.

Here is the first step of applying for PSV conductor badge, electronic payment await verification after applicants filling in all the information correctly and completely as well as upload corresponding scanning documents.

1.   *  The applicant must be over 18 years of age.
2.   *  A certificate of Good Conduct from the CID.
3.   *  Copy of the applicants National Identity Card.
4.   *  Duly filled and signed application form XVII. The police must endorse the form. Also required is the official receipt of Kenya shillings 50 from the police.
