After a vehicle has been transferred to you and you have accepted the transfer on your ntsa tims account, you can view the status of the vehicle that the process if complete.
Once the process completes successfully the status will change to “waiting to collect logbook”
when the logbook is ready for collection you will receive an sms from ntsa with details of the collection point.

To collect the logbook you need your original id and previous logbook
NOTE: Motor Vehicle owners who apply for Transfer, Duplicate Logbook, Removal of Ownership, Asset Financing and Change of Particulars will require to collect their logbooks
