How We Survived Labour Day Eve in the Wilderness

Initially Kenol – Kambiti traffic snarl up, but now spilling over to Karatina and beyond Kenol!!

How a minor RTA between a lorry and a personal car brushing and the owners being stubborn to solve the issue amicably would cost hundreds night on the road with a blink hope for a breakthrough; how one can leave the city at 1700hrs last month and arrive at 0200hrs this month, with cackling knees and a riotous pelvic bone; how motorists can suddenly decide to be primitive on a two way lane; how random passengers and motorists would brave the rains trying rectify the ignorance and arrogance of their own; how traffic police would barely bother to turn up for the nine hours I was on that road, tells a lot about our traffic system.

The inconvenience experienced not withstanding, glad I got home safe albeit cold, hungry, and with a dead battery and an extremely strained back.
