License Fee: KShs.5,000/=

Instructions

  • Attach application fee receipt/bank slip

  • Give the PIN number and attach the PIN Certificate
  • Provide copy of the logbook
  • State type of the vehicle
  • Provide two photographs of the vehicle, front view and side/rearview showing the vehicle is appropriately labeled.
  • Submit copy of valid insurance certificate
  • Submit a copy of motor vehicle inspection unit report.
  • Submit a valid copy of drivers licence
  • Indicate amount of waste to be transported
  • State type of waste to be transported
  • Indicate whether the disposal site is licensed by National Environment Management Authority
  • Provide Authority to correct waste (garbage from the relevant local Authority or other lead agency showing allocated areas of operation)
  • Provide a sample tracking documents with company log in National Environment Management Authority prescribed format
  • Provide name, designation and signature of contact person
  • Put the official company stamp on the application form.
