A video clip has emerged of an excessively overloaded truck driving dangerously with front wheels suspended in the air. Accidents don’t happen, they are caused by reckless drivers and mistakes made by other road users.
Road users who don’t follow simple traffic rules and regulations usually are the main causes of road accidents.
