How to apply for interim learner’s Provisional Driving License(PDL) through NTSA TIMS account

To apply for PDL through TIMS use the procedure below:

1. Visit: tims.ntsa.go.ke , If you don’t have and account click register to create your account 
   • Enter your ID serial number and Click Verify
   • Enter your Mother’s Maiden Name (Her Original surname before marriage)
   • Enter your kra Pin
   • Verify your details and proceed to the last step of registration
2. After Registration, login.
3. Click Application for PDL
4. Select Your School and fill all the information required
5. Make Your Payment and that is it.
6. You have completed your PDL application
7. Your PDL application now shows pending mode until it is approved on the other end
