Police Officer, Senior Sergeant Emmanuel Kalasinga, was involved in a grisly road accident that saw him admitted to hospital in critical condition.

Sergeant Kalasinga’s motorcycle hit a pothole in Nairobi’s Upper Hill area, rammed into a wall and burst into huge flames.

The Senior Sergeant was rushed to Coptic Hospital where he is receiving treatment. Sergeant Kalasinga was on duty  when the accident happened.

On 14 February, the DCI announced that doctors’ efforts have paid off as Emmanuel’s state of health was now stable.
