Who is responsible?

Somebody must be accountable for something, otherwise everybody’s responsibility is nobody’s responsibility.

An entrepreneur understands the need to organize his business through clearly defined roles assigned to various individuals. The best way to achieve this is by preparing an organization structure.This ensures that he knows the work that should be done and the required standards that must be met in each position. An entrepreneur cannot afford to leave results to individual’s motivation, feelings, personalities or simply coincidence. Only if he knows what responsibilities need to be carried out and by whom can he expect results.
